Survival Strategies for Depression is divided into 5 sections, each section running for around 30 minutes. It is designed to be worked through from beginning to end so please begin with section 1.

The programme is intended to be used in conjunction with a resource book. This resource book contains practical strategies in the form of worksheets. These worksheets are explained in the relevant parts of the programme.
